Having the opportunity to learn from several instructors means you will be supported by over 50 years of experience in the nail industry. Our team of instructors are currently successful salon owners, team managers, and practicing industry professionals. With their collective advanced knowledge of the industry and real-world experience they will be able to guide you through every step of your learning journey.

Each instructor will be teaching their area of expertise, meaning you are getting their years of practice and continued education in their specialty. Simply put, you’ll be getting their best.

Hey, I'm Karri!

I am so excited to be apart of Elayne and Co. I have been in love with all things nails since the VERY early days. Really before salon services and professional products were even a thing. This love ultimately lead me to cosmetology school in the 80's and has been the catalyst of my life long love of the beauty industry. I have been a salon owner for 24 years and have never stopped loving what I do. I am so blessed to have made the greatest friends who have become family. I have seen so much growth and positive change in the industry as well as myself. I am looking forward to see it in you too as you see all you are capable of!

I have been married for 42 years. I have 6 kids who are my world and 11 grandchildren who are the best things in my world. I like to cook and bake. I love to travel and international travel is on my to-do list!

I can’t wait to share my love of what I do with you. You are off to the best start on this road that has become a welcome and well traveled journey for me.

Hey, I'm Tasha!

I’m a licensed nail technician with a specialty in Russian manicures, internationally trained and deeply obsessed with the kind of clean, precise, healthy nail work that makes people stop mid-conversation to stare at your hands. Crazy nail art? Not my thing.

Immaculate structure, flawless technique, and nails that actually last? That’s my vibe.

I started my beauty career in esthetics back in 2020, transitioned into nails. I’m also the founder of Cuticle & Tonic — a luxe, clean cuticle oil brand — because apparently one obsession wasn’t enough.

When I’m not in the classroom or behind the nail desk, you can find me at the gym, deep in a good book, or being held emotionally hostage by my dog. I run on sugar free Red Bull and chocolate, which I’m convinced is actually a perfectly balanced diet.

So if you’re ready to take nails seriously (without taking yourself too seriously), you’re in the right place. Let’s build something beautiful.

Hey, I'm McKenna!

I was in the first batch of graduates here at Elayne & Co! I’ve been doing nails from my home since graduating in May of 2024. A year later I got my instructor’s license and have been teaching ever since. I have multiple continuing education certifications.

I grew up in St. George and currently live in Santaquin with my amazing husband and 2 beautiful children. Doing nails has been a dream addition to my first love of being a wife and mother and I love helping others work toward reaching their dreams, too!

Hey, I'm Shaylie!

I’m internationally trained with multiple continuing education certifications. I'm a Salem, Utah nail tech, mom of three girls, and soon-to-be boy mom.

I’ve been doing nails for over two years after attending Elayne And Co, where I now get to continue learning and growing every day. I love anything creative, artistic, and handmade — nails are truly my happy place!

Hey, I'm Jenni!

I'm a licensed nail technician based out of Spanish Fork, Utah. Originally from Orem, I have spent the last decade in Spanish Fork, where I run a cozy home studio nail salon. I'm a wife and a mom to three busy, awesome teenagers.

A former nail biter turned nail tech, I have been doing nails for the past two years and I specialize in structured gel manicures. I love the technique and artistry behind nails just as much as building relationships with my clients.

I am passionate about creating a welcoming experience, always seeking continued education, and love the school setting and being able to be part of the growth and support within Elayne & Co. Nail Academy.

Hey, I'm Destri!

You could say my career in this industry started as a little girl dusting off the polish bottles in my mother’s salon. Things became official in my teens as I sat next to her, learning from her 18+ years experience. At the age of sixteen I was enrolled in cosmetology school and have worked in the industry at various times throughout my adulthood ever since. However, it wasn’t until I came back to the nail desk at the age of 41 that I fell in love with what this industry has to offer, and realized just how special it is. I hope to instill this in you from the start :).

I have been married for over 20 years, and have three beautiful children. They’re kind of a big deal to me, and you’ll probably meet them at some point. I have a love for coffee and dark chocolate and will happily accept bribes involving either of the two. I love to travel, all things British, and have a healthy fear of spiders.

I look forward to being a part of your nail journey, and want to thank you for being a part of mine. Now let’s have some fun!

Hey, I'm Tiffany!

I always wanted to do nails, and tried doing them myself starting at 16, again at 20 and it finally stuck in my 40's. I’ve had a few teaching jobs in my career. I’ve managed and trained at a job site, been a music teacher and team building instructor. It’s an amazing feeling to watch someone challenge them self, to grow, struggle and succeed!

I am married to an extremely supportive husband and have 3 adult children. They are my everything! You can find me outdoors, reading, or building Lego’s with a soda in hand and jamming to my favorite tunes. This career path lets me be creative, make new friends, and help others do what they love while letting me be a mom, be adventerous with my hubby and do the things I want on my terms.

Hey, I'm Heidi!

As Director of Academics and Operations at Elayne and Co. Nail Academy, I bring something to our students that goes beyond technique: a lifelong belief in the power of education to change lives. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and I've spent years working in schools as a technician, teacher, and administrator—learning what helps people grow, gain confidence, and build the future they want.

At Elayne and Co., I get to pair that passion with an industry I love. I've seen firsthand how nail technicians build successful careers—however they define success—and there's nothing more rewarding than watching a student light up when something clicks, or an instructor grow in confidence and form lasting friendships with the students they mentor. Helping people create the life they want is the most fulfilling work I can imagine.

Outside of work, I'm a wife and mom to three sons and a daughter. I love traveling, movies, shopping, all things beauty, and spending time at the beach with friends and family.
